Acrylic Viscosity Reducer
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-ADD-139 Manufacturer PN: CHM-VIS-ACR
• Temperature resistance up to 200°C; dissolves quickly in water and can be added directly to the mud tank; low dosage but significant effect; can be used in monovalent and divalent salt mud systems, not affected by pH; environmentally friendly product.
Antiflocculant suitable for most water-based drilling fluids. Reduces gelation effects at elevated temperatures, prevents thickening, and lowers viscosity and shear stress.
This product is an acrylic polymer viscosity reducer for water-based drilling systems, featuring low molecular weight and temperature resistance up to 200°C. Its high-temperature resistance, salt tolerance, calcium resistance, and pH independence set it apart from other diluents, offering significantly better cost-effectiveness than traditional diluents. It resists contamination from brine, gypsum layers, and cement, maintaining rheological stability. Additionally, it counteracts gelation effects in high-temperature muds, preventing thickening and enhancing the system's high-temperature resistance.
