Aerogel Glass Fiber Thermal Pad
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-AER-007 Category: Aerogel Thermal Pad
Aerogel Glass Fiber Thermal Pad is a high-performance flexible thermal insulation material, which is compounded by silica aerogel with ultra-high porosity and glass fiber through a special process. It integrates the ultra-low thermal conductivity of aerogel and the excellent mechanical strength of glass fiber, featuring non-toxicity, incombustibility, good hydrophobicity and stable thermal insulation performance. With a porous nano-network structure, it can effectively block conductive, convective, and radiative heat transfer, and its thermal insulation effect is 2-5 times that of traditional insulation materials.

◈ Superior Insulation: Achieves exceptionally low thermal conductivity even under compression.
◈ High Tensile Strength: Glass fiber reinforcement prevents tearing and provides structural integrity.
◈ Space-Saving: Provides industrial-grade insulation in a significantly thinner profile than traditional rock wool or foam.
◈ Hydrophobic & Breathable: Repels liquid water while allowing vapor to pass, preventing corrosion under insulation (CUI).
◈ Fire Retardant: Rated Class A1 non-combustible for maximum safety.
EV Battery Packs: Thermal runaway protection and cell-to-cell insulation.
Consumer Electronics: Heat shielding for high-performance processors and batteries.
Industrial Pipe Wrapping: Energy conservation in tight-clearance piping.
Aerospace: Lightweight thermal barriers for sensitive onboard instrumentation.
