Aerogel Pre-oxidized Fiber Thermal Pad is a flexible high-performance thermal insulation material, which is made by reinforcing silica aerogel with pre-oxidized fiber (pre-oxidation product of polyacrylonitrile fiber). It combines the ultra-low thermal conductivity and high porosity of silica aerogel with the flexibility, flame retardancy and mechanical support of pre-oxidized fiber. The product is lightweight, flexible, cuttable and not easy to shed powder, with excellent thermal insulation, flame retardancy and moisture-proof performance. It can effectively block heat transfer in various environments, especially suitable for scenarios requiring lightweight, flexible and high-efficiency thermal insulation and flame retardancy, such as new energy vehicles, energy storage systems and aerospace fields.
