Ceramic Fiber Cloth

Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CER-021 Category: Ceramic Fiber Cloth

Ceramic Fiber Cloth is a premium high-temperature industrial fabric engineered from high-purity alumino-silicate ceramic fibers. Reinforced with either fiberglass filament or stainless steel wire, this cloth offers exceptional structural integrity and thermal insulation for environments reaching up to 1260°C (2300°F). It is lightweight, flexible, and chemically stable, making it a superior asbestos-free alternative for heavy-duty heat shielding, expansion joints, and protective welding curtains. Designed for durability, it maintains high tensile strength even under extreme thermal cycling.

Superior Thermal Stability: Maintains its dimensions and integrity even when exposed to rapid temperature fluctuations.
Low Thermal Conductivity: Provides excellent insulation with minimal heat storage, significantly increasing energy efficiency in industrial kilns.
High Tensile Strength: The reinforced weave (Glass or SS Wire) ensures the cloth does not tear easily during installation or high-stress usage.
Excellent Chemical Resistance: Resists most corrosive agents, including commonly used acids and alkalis (except hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids).
Safe & Asbestos-Free: A non-toxic, eco-friendly replacement for asbestos materials, ensuring a safer working environment.

Industrial Insulation: Pipe wrapping, container insulation, and heat radiation shielding for boilers and furnaces.
Safety Protection: Fireproof curtains, welding blankets, and protective clothing for foundry workers.
Engineering Sealing: High-temperature gaskets, expansion joint fabrics, and door seals for industrial ovens.
Power & Automotive: Cable and fuel line protection, exhaust manifold wrapping, and heat shields in automotive manufacturing.
