Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber (Pure Aluminum Fiber)
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CER-024 Category: Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber
Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber is a crystalline refractory fiber. It is made from metallic aluminum powder and other chemical raw materials via special chemical processes. Classified into mullite, high-alumina and pure alumina fibers, it can be processed into blocks, blankets, boards and papers, ideal for high-temperature insulation scenarios like industrial furnaces and aerospace equipment.

◈ Ultra-Low Thermal Conductivity: Significant energy savings compared to traditional insulating firebricks.
◈ Superior Thermal Stability: Maintains flexibility and volume even after prolonged exposure to 1500°C+.
◈ Chemical Inertness: Highly resistant to corrosive atmospheres and oxidizing agents.
◈ Low Heat Storage: Enables rapid heating and cooling cycles, increasing furnace throughput.
◈ Shot-Free Quality: Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber contains almost zero "shot" (un-fiberized particles), ensuring 100% insulation efficiency.
Iron & Steel: High-temperature furnace linings, ladle covers, and soaking pit seals.
Petrochemicals: Ethylene cracker linings and reformers.
Ceramics: Kiln cars and linings for firing technical ceramics at ultra-high heat.
Aerospace: Heat shields and thermal protection systems for reentry vehicles.
Automotive: Support mats for catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters.
