Zirconium Silicate Beads
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-RMS-008 Category: Refractory Materials
Zirconium Silicate Beads are wear-resistant grinding media made from high-purity ultra-fine zirconium silicate powder. They feature a uniform microcrystalline structure with no internal voids, high strength, good cost-effectiveness, and are suitable for medium to low viscosity materials.

◈ Good Density: High density and bulk density.
◈ High Strength: Good compressive strength (for Ø 2 mm).
◈ Good Hardness: High Vickers hardness.
◈ Uniform Structure: Uniform microcrystalline structure, no internal voids or pores, ensuring no breakage.
◈ Excellent Wear Resistance: Low wear rate, minimizing wear on the mill.
◈ Good Sphericity & Surface: Good spherical shape and smooth surface.
◈ Chemical Stability: Strong corrosion resistance, inert to acids and alkalis.
◈ Color: White.
◈ Size Range: Available in fine (0.4-5 mm) and coarse (5-100 mm) series; custom sizes available.
Grinding of ores (gold, silver, nickel), calcium carbonate, zirconium silicate, paints, coatings, inks, titanium dioxide. Also suitable for shot blasting and metal surface polishing.
