Amphoteric Ion Coating Agent
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-ADD-131 Manufacturer PN: CHM-COA-AMP
• Temperature resistance greater than 180°C; strong inhibitory effect on shale; excellent salt and calcium resistance; effectively prevents oil and gas reservoir contamination and increases oil and gas production; suitable for various water-based drilling fluid systems such as fresh water, seawater, and saturated brine; good compatibility with other treatment agents.
Encapsulates cuttings, stabilizes water-sensitive formations, and prevents mud loss. Improves drilling fluid rheology, increases mechanical drilling rate, and protects producing formations.
This coating agent is a water-soluble polymeric compound copolymerized from various olefinic monomers including cationic, anionic, and nonionic types. It primarily encapsulates drill cuttings, suppresses formation mud generation, reduces drill bit mud packing, and simultaneously increases drilling fluid viscosity. This enhances the drilling fluid's rheological properties, improves mechanical drilling rate, and protects the production formation. It is suitable for freshwater, seawater, and saturated brine systems, exhibits resistance to calcium and magnesium ion contamination, and maintains stability at temperatures exceeding 180°C. This product is often combined with viscosity reducers to significantly lower drilling fluid costs and enhance overall economic efficiency.
