Our Ball Valve Core addresses client challenges such as upstream surface scaling on the ball, commonly encountered in low-frequency applications. Traditional ball scaling requires scraping against the seat, significantly increasing torque and making valve operation difficult. This often leads to premature valve failure, including oil leakage, stem breakage, and sticking. Our engineered geometry successfully helps clients overcome these challenges.
