Bonded Polyurethane Piston

This bonded polyurethane piston is designed to withstand various drilling media, including water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based muds. Integrated via high-performance polyurethane vulcanized directly to a steel core, it prevents piston lip separation under high pressure. The lip geometry is optimized via dynamic simulation to provide a perfect seal during the stroke while reducing frictional heat. Rated for 7,500 psi and up to 120C, it is a core component for maintaining efficient mud pump displacement.
