Copper-Based Thread Compound

This copper-based thread dope is a heavy-duty lubricant for drilling tools, compliant with API 5A3. Containing high proportions of micro-fine copper flakes, graphite, and antioxidants, it is designed to prevent seizing and galling of drill pipe and tubing threads under extreme pressure and high temperatures. It provides an excellent metal-to-metal isolation barrier, ensuring threads remain intact after multiple breakouts. Its superior sealing performance prevents leakage at 10,000+ psi, used widely for maintenance of wellhead equipment.
