• High sensitivity, rapid response; In-situ spectral detection, reagent-free, environmentally friendly
Deep-sea chlorophyll a concentration observation.
The deep-sea chlorophyll sensor employs fluorescence measurement technology. It excites chlorophyll a in marine algae with blue light to generate red-band fluorescence, then infers chlorophyll a concentration based on changes in fluorescence intensity. This sensor can be deployed on mobile observation platforms like buoys and underwater gliders, as well as fixed platforms such as moorings and ship-mounted water samplers, enabling deep-sea chlorophyll a concentration monitoring.
