When encountering a permeable formation or indications of potential permeability, use as a flushing mud. Formulated as a plugging slurry to seal permeable zones, preventing pressure differential stuck pipe, sealing microfractures, and preventing fluid loss.
This plugging agent is a unique, precisely graded inert elastic sealing material. It possesses high compressibility, deformability, high strength, and shear resistance—characteristics absent in ordinary fiber-based plugging materials. It demonstrates superior pressure-bearing capacity when sealing microfractures and permeable sandstones. This product is commonly used to plug leaks in depleted formations, prevent pressure differential stuck pipes, and address fluid losses.
