The flush-mounted diaphragm pressure transmitter utilizes a specially hardened stainless steel flush thick diaphragm, fabricated into a sensor via ion beam sputtering thin-film technology, paired with a high-performance intelligent compensation circuit. Its fully stainless steel monolithic structure ensures the sensor diaphragm remains undamaged by impacts from hard particles in the measured medium. It is particularly suitable for pressure measurement in high-temperature viscous fluids prone to slurry blockage, strong vibration environments, and solid-liquid mixtures.
