Full Open Valve & Seat Assy

The Full Open valve and seat assembly utilize 20CrMnTi alloy steel with carburized quenching, ensuring extreme fatigue strength and surface hardness (>58 HRC). The rib-less 'full open' design maximizes flow area, significantly reducing fluid resistance and vortex erosion. The matching polyurethane seal ring offers excellent pressure resistance and rebound, ensuring tight closure even when handling mud with high concentrations of Loss Control Materials (LCM). This assembly is fundamental to high-pressure mud pump output.
