This high-performance hollow glass microsphere is a hollow, ultra-lightweight mechanical lubricant suitable for all types of drilling fluid systems, including water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based. Its low density, high compressive strength, excellent flowability, and stable chemical properties effectively reduce casing wear, lower torque and friction, thereby minimizing the risk of pressure differential stuck pipe in depleted formations or underbalanced conditions. It is commonly employed in complex well operations involving high-angle wells or irregular wellbore geometries, as well as during casing runs. Delivery can be achieved via pumping methods, ensuring straightforward application without requiring additional specialized processes or equipment.
