A one-barrel multifunctional emulsifier product. Utilizes calcium chloride or calcium bromide brine to form a stable oil-in-water emulsion, wetting solid particles to maintain excellent rheological properties.
This product is a high-temperature resistant, multifunctional composite emulsifier. As a one-barrel emulsifier for high-temperature oil-based drilling fluid systems, it provides stable oil-in-water emulsification and wetting capabilities. It prevents free water separation in high-temperature, high-pressure filtrate, enhances the system's overall temperature resistance, improves flow structure, and boosts contamination resistance. This product exhibits thermal stability up to 200°C. It requires lime activation during use. Compared to separate primary and secondary emulsifier formulations, this product offers reduced dosage and lower cost.
