Creates stable oil-in-water emulsions with calcium chloride or calcium bromide brine to wet solid particles and maintain excellent rheological properties.
This emulsifier serves as a secondary emulsifier in the new generation of high-performance oil-based drilling fluid systems without a soil phase. It also functions as a wetting agent and is a high-temperature emulsifier with a temperature tolerance exceeding 200°C. When synergistically combined with the primary emulsifier, it provides an excellent oil-in-water emulsion state, wetting solid phase particles and effectively controlling high-temperature, high-pressure fluid loss.
