High Temp Battery Peek Housing

This PEEK battery housing provides high-temperature insulation and structural support for downhole lithium battery packs. PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) offers superior mechanical strength and thermal stability up to 200C, while remaining chemically inert to battery electrolytes or downhole chemicals. The housing is precision-machined for compact packaging and excellent vibration resistance. In extreme pressure environments, it prevents battery cell damage, acting as a critical component for the power supply systems of modern MWD instruments.
