High-Temperature High-Pressure Simulation Testing Facility for Subsurface Tools
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-LAB-CHM-007
• Simple operation; strong anti-interference capability; equipped with remote monitoring cameras
Evaluating downhole tools' resistance to high temperatures, pressure, and sealing performance.
The High-Temperature and High-Pressure Simulation Test Apparatus for Downhole Tools is developed in accordance with relevant standards, operating at test pressures ranging from 0 to 210 MPa. It is primarily used to simulate high-temperature and high-pressure conditions for various packers, downhole tools, and sealing components, testing their high-temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and sealing performance. It can perform oil immersion performance tests on downhole tools under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, simulating the operational state of a two-stage, three-section tubing string in the wellbore, providing reliable simulated test data.
