Applications

Enhances rheological properties and shear viscosity in oil-based drilling fluid systems. Use this product for pretreatment before mud storage or transportation to prevent sedimentation. Suspends barite and cuttings, improves mud carrying capacity, and enhances wellbore cleanliness.

This high-performance lithium montmorillonite clay exhibits exceptional thermal stability, superior thickening capacity, and optimal suspension properties, specifically engineered for high-temperature, high-pressure oil-based drilling fluid systems. Minimal dosage significantly enhances oil-based drilling fluid viscosity and shear stability, ensuring excellent thermal stability. Its overall performance markedly surpasses conventional organic clays. Additionally, this product is used in formulating packer set slurries, plugging slurries, and stuck pipe release fluids. Temperature resistance exceeds 230°C.
