This fully water-dispersible lubricant is specifically engineered to effectively reduce the coefficient of friction at metal-to-metal contact surfaces, making it suitable for coiled tubing operations in extended horizontal wells. It effectively reduces torque, drag, and friction, prevents wellbore sticking, extends drill string reach, and mitigates coiled tubing self-locking issues. Through chemical adsorption, the product reacts directly with metal surfaces to form a continuous lubricating film on the BHA. This film creates a physical barrier that reduces metal-to-metal friction and tubing wear while protecting surfaces from corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement. This product contains no hydrocarbons and poses no harm to human health or the environment.
