Organic Lignite-Temperature Resistance 230°C
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-ADD-062 Manufacturer PN: CHM-LIG-230
• Increases the overall temperature resistance of oil-based drilling fluid systems to 230°C; suitable for all oil-based or synthetic-based systems; easily dispersed when added through a hopper; strong compatibility.
Effectively reduces oil-based mud loss, replaces oxidized bitumen and natural bitumen, and enhances emulsion stability of oil-based muds.
This product is a composite loss control agent containing organic brown coal, designed for use in high-temperature, high-pressure oil-based or synthetic drilling fluid systems with a temperature resistance of up to 230°C. It is compatible with primary and secondary emulsifiers in reverse emulsion systems to form a stable emulsion state while maintaining excellent thermal stability, making it particularly suitable for ultra-high-temperature, high-pressure well operations.

| Recommended Dosage | The dosage depends on the requirements for controlling fluid loss and the bottom hole temperature. Typically, the dosage is 6-18 kg/m³ when the bottom hole temperature is less than 150°C, and 18-60 kg/m³ when the bottom hole temperature is greater than 150°C. Small-scale field tests are required to determine the optimal concentration. |
