Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-ADD-114 Manufacturer PN: CHM-RLS-POW

Key Features

High success rate in freeing stuck pipes; adjustable specific gravity of the freeing fluid, range: 0.95 - 2.00; good emulsification stability; good suspension stability; good thermal stability, weighted mud at high temperature of 150°C; no precipitation after 24 hours of aging; low fluid loss; good pumpability.

Applications

Formulates stuck pipe release fluids to resolve drilling tool stuck pipe issues; highly effective for releasing adhesive stuck pipe; suitable for reduced-diameter and small-bore stuck pipe situations.

The powdered stuck pipe release agent is composed of petroleum asphalt powder, multiple surfactants, and organic clay. It appears as a blackish-gray powder and is primarily used to formulate release fluids of various densities when mixed with diesel or mineral oil, water, and barite. It demonstrates excellent release efficacy for stuck pipes caused by adhesion. Containing a penetrant, this product offers superior penetration during release operations, with adjustable specific gravity. The specific gravity of the dislodging fluid prepared from this product matches that of the drilling fluid. After injection into the stuck point, it does not migrate and is not restricted by soaking time, resulting in a high success rate for dislodging stuck pipes.
