Cleans drill bits by washing away adhered cuttings, increasing mechanical drilling rate, suppressing cuttings decomposition in the annulus, accelerating cuttings separation in surface solids control systems, and reducing clay adhesion to prevent mud balls and mud rings.
The auxiliary emulsifier synergizes with the primary emulsifier to achieve optimal thermal stability and fluid loss reduction, specifically for shale gas and tight oil formations. Its primary component is a modified tall oil derivative. Used as an auxiliary emulsifier in conventional oil-based drilling fluid systems, it provides stable oil-in-water emulsification and wetting properties. This product does not require lime for activation.
