This connector was developed specifically for large offshore development projects. The bulkhead connector receptacle (BCR) features a GRE (glass-reinforced epoxy) insert with a metal housing, gold-plated terminals, and a fluorocarbon O-ring. The Cable Connector Plug (CCP) is also manufactured from GRE material and molded with neoprene rubber to standard or custom cable lengths as required. Alternative component materials are available for high-temperature and high-pressure applications. This connector design incorporates a spring ring assembly, enhancing reliability in high-vibration environments.
