Solid Lubricant for Drilling Fluids
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-LUB-027 Manufacturer PN: CHM-SOL-LUB
• Fluorescence-free; excellent compatibility with other additives
Provides lubrication and reduces friction resistance.
Solid Lubricant is a novel solid lubricant formed by kneading and reacting multiple non-fluorescent raw materials at a specific temperature. This product resolves issues such as fluorescence interference with logging, limited functionality, poor high-temperature resistance, and environmental pollution associated with previous lubricants. It offers excellent lubricity, temporary plugging properties, and temperature resistance, exhibits good compatibility with drilling fluids, and does not adversely affect drilling fluid performance. Additionally, it reduces drilling fluid loss, seals permeable formations, and remains effective across a broad density range of drilling fluids.
