This product is a specialized plugging material synthesized from spun mineral fibers through a surfactant coating process, forming an acid-soluble plugging agent. It is suitable for leaks in pores, fractures, and various permeable formations, providing effective bridging and sealing. It is compatible with all drilling fluid systems, including water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based systems. It can be prepared as a standalone plugging slurry to address localized or severe leaks, or added to circulating mud at half-bag intervals every half hour for continuous plugging during drilling operations. With an acid solubility exceeding 85%, it is suitable for use in producing zones and readily dissolves with weak acids or mud cake removers.
