This product is a specialized plugging material synthesized from spun mineral fibers through a surfactant coating process. It is an acid-soluble plugging agent suitable for leaks in pores, fractures, and various permeable formations, providing effective bridging and sealing. It is compatible with all drilling fluid systems, including water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based formulations. It can be prepared as a standalone plugging slurry to address localized or severe losses, or added at half-bag intervals to circulating mud every half hour for continuous drilling-while-plugging operations. With an acid solubility exceeding 85%, this product is suitable for production zones and readily dissolves with weak acids or mud cake removers.
