This product is a specialized plugging material synthesized from spun mineral fibers through a surfactant coating process, forming an acid-soluble plugging agent. It effectively bridges and seals leaks in pores, fractures, and permeable formations of all types. Compatible with all drilling fluid systems—water-based, oil-based, and synthetic—it can be formulated as a standalone plugging slurry for localized or severe losses, or added at half-hour intervals to circulating mud during drilling operations to address seepage. It can be prepared as a standalone plugging slurry to address localized or severe losses, or added to circulating mud at half-bag intervals every half hour for continuous drilling plugging. With an acid solubility exceeding 85%, it is suitable for use in producing zones and readily dissolves with weak acids or mud cake removers.
