Sulfonated Phenolic Resin-III
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-ADD-058 Manufacturer PN: CHM-RES-SP3
• Temperature resistance up to 200°C, strong gel protection ability, thin mud cake Low leakage rate; low molecular weight, no viscosity increase.
Effective high-temperature loss control agent for saturated brine systems with sodium chloride content ≥ 25%; strong resistance to calcium and magnesium ion contamination; ideal for deep, ultra-deep, high-temperature, and ultra-high-temperature wells, as well as salt crust formations.
This Type III sulfonated phenolic resin is a concentrated cation exchange resin designed for ultra-high-temperature wells and salt crust layers. It is suitable for saturated brine systems with sodium chloride concentrations exceeding 25%. It exhibits the highest resistance to calcium ion contamination, tolerating calcium ion concentrations up to 28,900 ppm (equivalent to 8% anhydrous calcium chloride content). Its unique molecular structure and high sulfonation degree confer exceptional temperature resistance and strong hydrophilicity, with a temperature tolerance of up to 200°C in saturated brine systems.
