This plugging agent is a highly efficient, full-displacement product specifically designed for severe or non-returnable losses. One of its primary components is diatomaceous earth. It can seal various types of losses, including fractures, cavities, and weak formations. As a quintessential “pre-mixed plugging agent,” it can be pre-blended for immediate injection into any loss scenario, regardless of severity. Formulated with water or base oil, it is compatible with all drilling fluid systems. Upon displacement within the loss zone, the plugging slurry rapidly loses water to form a solid plug, achieving complete and permanent sealing in a single operation.
