Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-ADD-038 Manufacturer PN: CHM-EMU-UHT

Key Features

Thermal stability above 260°C; composite emulsifier, no need to add main and auxiliary emulsifiers separately; provides stronger gelation capacity compared to conventional emulsifiers.

Applications

Used to formulate high-performance oil-based drilling fluid systems without soil phase. Acts as a primary emulsifier and loss reducer, ensuring no free water in high-temperature, high-pressure filtrate while maintaining excellent thermal stability and contamination resistance.

As the sole emulsifier for ultra-high-temperature oil-based drilling fluid systems, this compound emulsifier demonstrates exceptional thermal resistance under extreme bottomhole temperatures. Used alone, it delivers excellent oil-in-water emulsification, effective oil wetting properties, controllable fluid loss, and overall system stability. This product requires the addition of slaked lime for saponification activation during use.
