Water-Based High-Temperature Viscosity Reducer
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-ADD-141 Manufacturer PN: CHM-VIS-WHT
• Temperature resistance up to 260°C; good compatibility with other drilling fluid materials; product use is not limited by pH; strong anti-pollution ability, can withstand contamination including carbon dioxide. Contamination from carbon dioxide intrusion, cement, lime, and salt layers; environmentally friendly product.
Antiflocculant for water-based drilling fluid systems under ultra-high-temperature conditions. Reduces gelation effects at elevated temperatures, prevents thickening, and maintains fluid rheology and fluid loss control during high-temperature drilling.
This product is a water-based diluent designed for extreme temperature conditions. Its core component is sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SSMA), featuring a low molecular weight and currently the highest-grade product with the strongest temperature resistance on the market. Primarily used in ultra-deep well operations, it has been successfully applied in drilling operations with bottomhole temperatures exceeding 260°C. Its use is unrestricted by pH levels, and it exhibits strong contamination resistance, withstanding pollution from carbon dioxide gas invasion, cement, lime, and salt layers.
