Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-CHM-ADD-054 Manufacturer PN: CHM-LIG-WTH

Key Features

Temperature resistance up to 200°C; improves mud cake quality, forming a thin mud cake with low permeability; improves the high-temperature resistance of the mud system.

Applications

Applied in water-based drilling fluids, it effectively reduces fluid loss and shear viscosity. It exhibits strong resistance to high temperatures and contamination, including CO₂ gas invasion and calcium ion contamination. Particularly suitable for treating cement contamination, it reduces high shear viscosity and elevated pH levels caused by cement contamination in the mud system. Simultaneously, it reacts chemically with calcium ions to remove them.

This product is a highly oxidized weathered brown coal derivative primarily used in water-based drilling fluids for loss control and viscosity reduction. Its partially water-soluble nature enables the formation of a thin, low-permeability, high-quality mud cake. Additionally, it serves as an excellent water-in-oil emulsifier with pronounced viscosity-reducing effects, particularly under high-temperature conditions.
