The high-temperature pressure sensor for oil wells employs ion-sputtered thin-film technology. Utilizing sputtering and etching processes, the sensitive chip is directly formed on a stainless steel elastic diaphragm. This achieves complete inorganic materialization of the sensing element, eliminating instability factors such as creep, hysteresis, and aging caused by organic bonding adhesives, significantly enhancing the product's long-term stability.
