Zinc-based desulfurizer is a composite product manufactured through chemical reactions, desulfurization drying, and grinding processes. It primarily uses multi-porous active zinc powder as the main raw material, supplemented with quaternary ammonium salts, and incorporates ultra-high molecular weight polymers as activators. This product is mainly used as a desulfurizer in petroleum drilling fluids, causing no adverse effects on drilling fluid properties and exhibiting good compatibility with the environment. When encountering hydrogen sulfide-bearing formations during drilling, this product promptly removes hydrogen sulfide to prevent safety incidents. Its desulfurization efficiency exceeds 95%.
