The Core of Autonomy: Sensor Fusion & Perception

True autonomy in dynamic commercial environments requires more than just mapping; it requires understanding. AIMRSE robots utilize a sophisticated Multi-Sensor Fusion algorithm. By combining data from 2D/3D LiDAR, RGB-D depth cameras, and ultrasonic arrays, our "Neural-Core" engine builds a real-time semantic map of the environment. This allows the robot not only to navigate around static obstacles like walls but to predict and react to dynamic actors such as pedestrians, forklifts, and opening doors.

Unlike standard AGVs that rely on magnetic tape or QR codes, our AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) feature Natural Navigation. The onboard NVIDIA Jetson module processes SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) algorithms at the edge, allowing the robot to recalculate paths locally in milliseconds without latency-inducing cloud dependencies.

Deployment & Onboarding Workflow

Deploying an autonomous fleet shouldn't be a disruption. Our "Quick-Map" technology allows for environment scanning and operational readiness in less than 4 hours per site.

01

Site Mapping

Technicians walk the robot through the facility once. The robot generates a high-resolution 2D/3D map of the floor plan.

02

Zone Configuration

Virtual walls and "No-Go Zones" are drawn on the map to prevent robots from entering restricted areas (e.g., stairwells, server rooms).

03

Task Scheduling

Cleaning routes or delivery points are programmed via the Cloud Dashboard. Tasks can be scheduled for off-peak hours.

04

IoT Integration

The system connects with elevators, automatic doors, and PBX phone systems for seamless multi-floor operation.

Bespoke API Integration

? Need to connect with your HMS or ERP?

We provide full customization for robot behaviors. From integrating with Hotel Management Systems (Opera, Fidelio) to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), our team builds the middleware bridge. All integrations utilize OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols and end-to-end encryption, ensuring seamless connectivity while upholding the highest corporate IT security standards.

Technical FAQ

How do the robots handle glass walls or mirrors?
Standard LiDAR can struggle with transparent surfaces. However, AIMRSE robots fuse LiDAR data with ultrasonic sensors and 3D depth cameras, which can effectively detect glass and mirrors, preventing collisions in modern office environments with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Can multiple robots operate in the same area without interference?
Yes. Our Cloud Fleet Management system utilizes "Swarm Intelligence" algorithms. Each robot communicates its intended path to the central server, which manages traffic flow and assigns priorities. This prevents "gridlock" in narrow corridors and allows cleaning, delivery, and guidance robots to work harmoniously in the same venue.
What happens if an elevator is busy or restricted?
Through our IoT integration module, the robot queries the elevator status via API. If busy, it will wait in a designated "holding zone" to avoid blocking foot traffic. It can also be programmed to only use specific service elevators and can autonomously trigger floor commands without human intervention.
Does the robot require constant Wi-Fi to function?
While Wi-Fi is required for real-time tracking and OTA updates, the core navigation (SLAM) and safety protocols are processed entirely at the "Edge" on the onboard NVIDIA Jetson module. If the robot enters a dead zone, it will continue its task safely and re-sync data once connection is restored. All data is protected via AES-256 encryption.
Do you offer Service Level Agreements (SLA)?
Yes, for enterprise clients we offer several tiers of SLAs. This includes 24/7 remote health monitoring, preventative maintenance schedules every 6 months, and guaranteed on-site response times (4-hour or Next Business Day) to ensure your fleet maintains maximum uptime.
