Multi-Modal Sensor Fusion & Navigation

Reliability in dynamic industrial environments requires more than just following a line. AIMRSE robots utilize a Semantic Navigation Stack that combines 3D LiDAR, stereoscopic depth cameras, and wheel odometry. This allows our AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) to distinguish between a temporary obstacle (like a forklift) and a permanent structural change, enabling intelligent re-routing in real-time without operator intervention.

PL-d Safety Rated

Certified to ISO 13849-1. Dual-channel safety loop architecture ensures immediate braking response (< 0.1s) if safety fields are breached.

Markerless Nav

Requires zero infrastructure modification. No magnetic tape, QR codes, or reflectors needed. Deploys into existing brownfield sites in days.

Fleet Management

Centralized Traffic Control System (TCS) prevents deadlocks and manages battery charging priorities for fleets of up to 100 units.

Rapid Deployment Workflow

Our "Map-and-Go" architecture minimizes downtime. A typical 5,000 sqm facility can be mapped and operational within one week.

01

Site Mapping

Technicians drive a master robot manually to scan the facility, generating a 3D point cloud of walls, racks, and restricted zones.

02

Digital Twin

Routes, pickup points, and traffic rules are defined in the digital twin software before physical deployment.

03

Fleet Sync

The finalized map is pushed Over-The-Air (OTA) to all fleet units. Robots automatically localize and begin tasks.

04

WMS Integration

API Handshake with your ERP/WMS (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for automated task generation and inventory updates.

Custom End-Effectors & Top Modules

? Handling non-standard loads?

Standard forks don't fit every application. We engineer custom top-modules including roller conveyors, telescopic forks, and robotic arms (cobots) mounted on our mobile bases to automate specialized tasks like CNC tending or clean-room transport.

The AIMRSE Advantage

Elastic Scalability

Deploy additional units in minutes, not months. Our swarm-intelligence systems adapt instantly to peak season demands.

WMS/ERP Integration

Native APIs for SAP, Oracle, and Manhattan Associates ensure real-time data synchronization with your existing stack.

Remote Diagnostics

24/7 predictive maintenance monitoring allows our team to identify and resolve sensor calibration issues remotely.

Proven Economic Impact

12-18 Months ROI: Achieve full capital recovery through a 40% reduction in manual labor costs and a 25% increase in fleet-wide throughput efficiency.

Global Safety & Compliance Standards

Certified to ISO 10218-1 for industrial robots and ANSI/RIA R15.06 safety requirements. Our Lithium-Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) power systems are UL 2271 certified for stationary and motive applications.
Testing: 10,000-hour endurance runs, Obstacle Avoidance Verification, IP54/IP65 ingress testing.

Technical FAQ

Do the robots require Wi-Fi to navigate?
No. The core safety and navigation functions are processed locally on the robot (Edge Computing). Wi-Fi is only required for task assignment from the fleet manager (TCS) and elevator integration. If Wi-Fi is lost, the robot completes its current mission and buffers data until connection is restored.
How do the robots handle uneven floors or ramps?
Our industrial chassis features active suspension and high-torque brushless motors. They can negotiate ramps up to 5% (3 degrees) grade and overcome thresholds/expansion joints up to 10mm high. For specialized flooring, we offer high-grip polyurethane tire options.
Can humans and robots work in the same aisle?
Yes. Our robots are "Collaborative" by design. The PL-d safety laser scanners create dynamic warning and stop fields. If a human enters the robot's path, it will smoothly decelerate and stop, then autonomously calculate a path around the person if space permits.
What is the charging logic?
The Fleet Manager utilizes "Opportunity Charging." When a robot is idle or its battery drops below a set threshold (e.g., 20%), it automatically navigates to the nearest charging dock. A 10-minute charge can provide up to 1 hour of runtime.
