Building & Office Delivery Robots

The modern workplace requires seamless movement of documents, parcels, and supplies across multi-floor structures. Our Building & Office Delivery Robots are engineered with advanced SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology. Unlike traditional AGVs that require magnetic floor tape, these robots utilize 3D LiDAR to navigate complex office layouts, cubicle aisles, and busy lobbies without infrastructure modification.

A defining feature of this series is IoT Elevator Integration. The robot communicates directly with the building's elevator control system via Wi-Fi/LoRa, autonomously calling the lift, selecting the floor, and holding doors. Secure, pin-locked compartments ensure that sensitive corporate mail or IT equipment reaches only the verified recipient, maintaining a strict chain of custody from mailroom to desk.

In restaurants, banquets, and hospital cafeterias, stability is paramount. Our Food & Beverage Delivery Robots feature an independent suspension system that actively dampens vibrations, ensuring soups and beverages arrive without spilling. These units are equipped with multiple open trays capable of carrying up to 40kg of tableware, significantly reducing the physical burden on human waitstaff.

Hygiene is a core design principle. The chassis is constructed from non-porous ABS plastics resistant to industrial sanitizers. The "Return to Wash" mode automatically navigates the robot to the dishwashing area after service. For hospital applications, we offer enclosed, UV-C sterilized compartments to prevent cross-contamination during meal delivery to immuno-compromised patients.

Hotel Guest Service Robots

Guest experience is the differentiator in the hospitality industry. Hotel Guest Service Robots act as autonomous concierges, delivering amenities, toiletries, and room service orders 24/7. These robots integrate with the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) and phone systems. When a robot arrives at a guest room, it triggers a phone call to the room announcing its arrival.

The Human-Machine Interface (HMI) is designed for approachability. A friendly, rounded aesthetic combined with voice interaction allows the robot to greet guests, provide weather updates, or guide them to the gym. Security remains a priority; the automated storage compartments only unlock when the guest inputs a one-time PIN provided at check-in or via the hotel app.

Edge-based AI analyzes video feeds in real-time to detect anomalies such as open fire doors, unauthorized personnel, or water leaks. Technical FAQ

How do the robots interact with elevators?
We install a small IoT gateway in the elevator controller. The robot communicates via Wi-Fi or LoRa to call the lift. We support major manufacturers including Otis, Kone, Schindler, and ThyssenKrupp.
What happens if a robot encounters a guest in a hallway?
Safety is the priority. The robot will slow down, stop, or navigate around the guest. It uses semantic understanding to recognize humans and can even verbally apologize for the interruption ("Excuse me, passing through").
Can the Food & Beverage robots handle spills?
Yes. The trays are lined with removable, dishwasher-safe silicone mats. The chassis is IP54 rated, meaning it can be wiped down or lightly sprayed for cleaning.
Do patrol robots replace human security guards?

How is the map created?
Upon initial deployment, a technician drives the robot manually through the facility to build a SLAM map. This map is then annotated with "No-Go Zones," "Speed Limit Zones," and "Charging Station" locations via our web interface.
