Automate for ROI: In modern logistics, throughput defines profitability. AIMRSE engineers advanced Order Fulfillment Robots designed to reduce operational costs by 40% while achieving 99.9% picking accuracy. Bridging the gap between static warehousing and intelligent automation, our fleet serves high-density storage and rapid sorting workflows. From "Goods-to-Person" AMRs that eliminate operator walking time to high-speed "Bin-to-Person" shuttles, we provide scalable infrastructure compliant with ISO 13849-1 safety standards.

"Goods-to-Person" Picking Robots

The traditional model of operators walking miles per shift to retrieve items is obsolete. AIMRSE "Goods-to-Person" (GTP) Picking Robots revolutionize this process by bringing the inventory directly to the station. Our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) utilize advanced LiDAR SLAM navigation and QR code positioning to lift and transport entire shelf racks with millimeter precision. This system eliminates unproductive walking time, reducing operator fatigue and increasing pick rates by up to 300%.

Engineered for continuous operation, these robots feature high-torque brushless drive systems capable of carrying payloads up to 1,000 kg. They operate on a swarm intelligence architecture, where the fleet communicates in real-time to optimize traffic paths, prevent congestion, and dynamically prioritize urgent orders during peak seasons.

LiDAR Navigation

Multi-sensor fusion combines LiDAR, visual cameras, and inertial measurement units (IMUs) for obstacle avoidance and precise localization without requiring magnetic floor tape.

Swarm Intelligence

The central fleet management system dynamically re-routes robots to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring optimal flow even when hundreds of units operate simultaneously.

Smart Power

Opportunistic charging algorithms direct robots to charging docks during micro-downtimes, ensuring 24/7 fleet availability without long operational breaks.

"Bin-to-Person" Sorting Robots

For facilities where floor space is at a premium, "Bin-to-Person" technology maximizes vertical storage density. Unlike AMRs that move shelving, our Intelligent Shuttle Systems travel at high speeds along rails within a dense storage grid. They retrieve specific totes or bins and deliver them to perimeter workstations.

Vertical Density & Speed

The primary advantage of the Bin-to-Person architecture is the elimination of "air" in the warehouse. Bins are stacked directly on top of or adjacent to one another, accessible by robots that move in X, Y, and Z axes. This configuration reduces the storage footprint by up to 60% compared to traditional racking. Our shuttles utilize ultra-capacitors for rapid acceleration (up to 4m/s²) and regenerative braking to maximize energy efficiency.

Intelligent Sorting Systems

Once an order is picked, it must be sorted for shipping. AIMRSE Intelligent Sorting Systems utilize a combination of linear cross-belt sorters and autonomous sorting bots to route packages to their final shipping chutes. Powered by high-speed machine vision cameras, these systems scan barcodes on all six sides of a package in motion, achieving read rates of 99.9%.

Safety & Compliance

Our robotic systems are designed to operate safely alongside human workers. All units are certified to ISO 13849-1 (PL d) safety standards. They feature redundant emergency stop circuits, 360-degree safety perimeters, and soft bumpers.

Certifications: CE Marked, UL 3100 Compliant, ANSI/ITSDF B56.5.

Software Integration

Hardware is nothing without control. We provide seamless integration into your existing WMS/ERP via robust APIs:

Operational Longevity & Maintenance

Robots run your business; we keep them running. AIMRSE employs a modular design philosophy for all robotic units. Drive wheels, lifting mechanisms, and battery modules are "hot-swappable," allowing maintenance technicians to replace a faulty module in under 10 minutes, returning the robot to the fleet immediately.

Predictive Maintenance: All our robots are IoT-enabled. They continuously stream telemetry data—motor temperature, battery health, and vibration levels—to our cloud analytics platform. This allows us to predict component failures before they occur, scheduling preventative maintenance during off-peak hours rather than reacting to breakdowns during a rush.

Why Partner With AIMRSE?

Rapid Deployment

Unlike fixed conveyors that take months to install, our AMR solutions can be deployed in weeks. We map your facility, set up the virtual boundaries, and your fleet is ready to work.

Scalability

Start small and grow. Add more robots to the fleet during peak seasons (like Black Friday) and scale down when demand normalizes. No need to over-provision hardware.

Layered Support

From on-site commissioning engineers to 24/7 remote software monitoring, we ensure your fulfillment center never goes dark. We maintain spare part hubs globally.

Custom Engineering

Need a specialized end-effector for handling fragile electronics or awkward shapes? Our engineering team designs custom attachments for our robotic arms and manipulators.

Technical FAQ

What are the floor requirements for the AMRs?
Our standard AMRs require a floor flatness of FF35/FL25 or better. The surface should be free of large cracks, oil spills, or debris. We can provide robots with specialized suspension for older facilities with rougher concrete surfaces.
How does the system handle Wi-Fi dead zones?
While the fleet manager requires a network connection, the robots are autonomous. If they enter a Wi-Fi dead zone, they continue their last assigned mission using onboard maps and sensors. Data syncs automatically once connectivity is restored.
Can these robots work in cold storage environments?
Yes. We offer a "Cold Chain" variant of our picking and sorting robots equipped with internal heaters for battery packs and electronics, rated for operation in temperatures as low as -25°C (-13°F).
What is the average battery life and charging time?
Our robots typically run for 8-10 hours on a full charge. However, with "opportunity charging," they dock for 10-15 minutes during breaks. A full 0-100% charge takes approximately 90 minutes using our Fast-Charge Docks.
Is the software compatible with SAP or Oracle WMS?
Absolutely. Our Robot Control System (RCS) acts as a middleware layer. We have pre-built connectors for SAP EWM, Oracle NetSuite, and Manhattan Associates WMS, ensuring seamless data exchange.
