Arm Cylinder

This arm cylinder controls the movement of the excavator arm in medium to large excavators (65-700 tons). It features a bore diameter range of 210-360mm, rod diameter range of 145-260mm, and stroke up to 2600mm, providing a maximum thrust of 3560.8 KN at 35 MPa. Engineered with compact structural design and high-strength materials, it undergoes specialized heat treatment and welding processes for superior fatigue durability under high pressure and heavy loads. Designed for wide temperature operation (-25°C to +120°C), with customization for extreme temperatures available. Multiple surface anti-corrosion options are provided, including Ni/Cr electroplating, ceramic spraying, laser cladding, QPQ, and zinc-nickel plating. Integrated hydraulic locks, explosion-proof valves, and hoses can be added as needed. Advanced cushioning design reduces impact during digging without affecting force or efficiency. One-piece forged earrings with self-lubricating bushings are standard, with customization options available. Optional large-diameter dual oil ports with pressure test points enable real-time monitoring, and adjustable cushioning valves allow for personalized operation feel. Stress reduction and special processes at critical points ensure reliability and stability.
