Small Excavator Arm Cylinder

The Small Excavator Arm Cylinder is designed to precisely control the movement of the arm (stick) on compact excavators under 10 tons. It offers bore sizes ranging from 50mm to 115mm, rod diameters from 25mm to 70mm, and a maximum stroke of 1000mm, achieving a maximum thrust of 305KN at 29.4MPa (115mm bore). Utilizing a compact design and high-strength materials with specialized heat treatment and welding, it ensures long-term reliability under high pressure and heavy loads. Multiple surface protection options are available: Ni/Cr plating, ceramic coating, laser cladding, and QPQ. It can be customized with integrated hydraulic locks, burst valves, and hoses. The cylinder is built for wide temperature operation (-25°C to +120°C) and can be adapted for extreme temperatures. Mature cushioning design reduces impact without sacrificing efficiency. Forged ears with self-lubricating bearings are standard, with customer-specific configurations possible. Fully customizable to meet your requirements.
