Small Excavator Dozer Cylinder

The Small Excavator Dozer Cylinder is purpose-built to control the dozer blade on compact excavators under 10 tons. It features bore diameters from 50mm to 140mm, rod diameters from 25mm to 80mm, and a stroke up to 250mm, delivering a maximum thrust of 453KN at 29.4MPa (140mm bore). Engineered with compact structure and high-strength materials, it provides exceptional fatigue life under heavy loads. Surface protection options include Ni/Cr plating, ceramic coating, laser cladding, and QPQ. Integration of hydraulic locks, burst valves, and hoses is available. Designed for temperatures from -25°C to +120°C, with broader ranges customizable. Advanced cushioning minimizes shock during operation. One-piece forged ears come with self-lubricating bearings as standard, or can be configured to customer specs. Fully customizable to match your dozer blade design.
