Small Excavator Swing Cylinder

The Small Excavator Swing Cylinder is designed to control the swing (side-to-side movement) of the boom on compact excavators under 10 tons. It offers bore diameters ranging from 50mm to 120mm, rod diameters from 25mm to 75mm, and stroke up to 1000mm, achieving a maximum thrust of 333KN at 29.4MPa (120mm bore). Built with a compact structure and high-strength materials, it ensures durability and long fatigue life under high-pressure operation. Available surface protection includes Ni/Cr plating, ceramic coating, laser cladding, and QPQ. It can be equipped with integrated hydraulic locks, burst valves, and hoses. Designed for wide temperature operation (-25°C to +120°C) with customizable extensions. Cushioning features reduce impact for smooth swing motion.
