Boom Cylinder

This boom cylinder controls the lifting motion of the excavator arm in medium to large excavators (65-700 tons). It offers a bore diameter range of 200-420mm, rod diameter range of 140-300mm, and stroke up to 3500mm, delivering a maximum thrust of 4846.6 KN at 35 MPa. The cylinder features a compact structural design and high-strength materials with specialized heat treatment and welding processes to ensure exceptional fatigue life under high pressure and heavy loads. It operates reliably in a wide temperature range (-25°C to +120°C), with custom options for extreme temperatures available. Various surface anti-corrosion solutions are offered, including Ni/Cr electroplating, ceramic spraying, laser cladding, QPQ, and zinc-nickel plating. Integrated components such as hydraulic locks, explosion-proof valves, and hoses can be incorporated based on requirements. Advanced cushioning design minimizes impact during operation without compromising digging force or efficiency. The one-piece forged earrings come with standard self-lubricating bushings, with customization available upon request. Additional features include large-diameter dual oil ports with pressure test points for real-time monitoring, and adjustable cushioning valves for personalized operation feel. Critical failure points are optimized through stress reduction and special processes to ensure reliability and stability. Working pressure, dimensions, mounting styles, and other parameters are fully customizable to meet diverse customer needs.
