Derrick Lifting Cylinder for Oil and Gas Drilling
Product Description
This derrick lifting cylinder controls the raising and lowering of the derrick in oil and gas drilling applications. Featuring a maximum bore diameter of 530mm, maximum rod diameter of 490mm, and stroke up to 13500mm, it operates at a maximum pressure of 20.7MPa. The cylinder boasts a compact structural design and high-strength materials for extreme lightweight performance. Systematic theoretical analysis and finite element calculations ensure a long service life under heavy loads. Multiple surface anti-corrosion solutions are available, including Ni/Cr electroplating, ceramic spraying, laser cladding, and QPQ. Integrated components such as hydraulic locks, load-holding valves, sequence valves, relief valves, and pressure test joints can be incorporated based on requirements. The mature sealing system guarantees smooth operation without jerking or crawling at low speeds. Designed to operate in a wide temperature range (-40°C to +100°C), with customization for extreme temperatures available. Working pressure, dimensions, mounting styles, and other parameters are fully customizable to meet diverse customer needs.
