ACP Air Coplanar Probe

The ACP (Air Coplanar Probe) is a rugged microwave probe designed for accurate and repeatable on-wafer and signal integrity measurements. Its unique air coplanar tip design provides excellent visibility and low loss. It offers outstanding compliance when probing non-planar surfaces. Key features include stable over-temperature measurements, a typical contact life of 500,000 cycles on gold pads, and availability in single- and dual-signal configurations. Available tip materials are BeCu and tungsten.
