This APT Kelvin probe features a true Kelvin structure designed for four-wire (4-wire) testing to minimize the influence of line and contact resistance, ensuring accurate measurement of small resistances. It is also suitable for high-frequency PIV testing up to ~150MHz. It requires only one probe positioner. Key specs include ultra-low leakage (<10fA), high frequency (>150MHz), very low parasitic capacitance (<10fF guarded), 50 Ohm impedance, and high power handling (>125W).
