BCP Series Beryllium Copper Needle
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-C-PT-1-BCP
Testing easily damaged samples, general probing
The BCP series probe needle is made from 99.99% beryllium copper, which is softer compared to tungsten. This softness makes it ideal for testing samples that are easily pierced or damaged, as it significantly reduces the risk of harm to chip electrodes. It maintains good contact even in vibratory environments. The needle has a standard 0.51mm shank diameter and is available with tip diameters from 1-200µm. Options include gold plating and pre-bending.
