It delivers reliable performance with a maximum voltage of 700V, current handling up to 1A, and leakage accuracy of 10pA when used with a shielding box. The probe maintains 50 Ohm characteristic impedance and comes with a 1.5m coaxial cable terminated with a BNC(M) connector. Probe tips are constructed from durable tungsten, available in sizes from 0.2 µm to 25 µm, with spring or tubular fixation for reliable contact.
